Returns & Refunds Policy
All QueerCard sales are final.
QueerCard is a seasonal membership product valid May 1 through July 31, and because of the limited season and fulfillment process, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed.
If your card arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us at hello@queercard.club within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can review and help resolve the issue.
Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered fulfilled.
QueerCard is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, or lost cards after receipt.
Participating locations, perks, and city availability may be added, updated, or changed throughout the season without notice.
